I provided a copy of this email thread in the package as no return number or authorization code was provided to reference. Received a jersey we ordered and it was clearly counterfeit. It is very disappointing and the website is misleading noting easy returns and fast and free shipping - as well as "Hassle Free" : stlouiscardinals-jersey.com/content/4-shipping-and-returns when we received such a poor quality product that took several weeks and we paid $100 plus $32 to return it. It has been anything but easy, fast, free or hassle free.
Based on what was received, the order DOES NOT MATCH what is in the picture on the web site and that we thought we ordered. We returned this for a refund and are not getting any assistance. I have pictures from the website, a picture of the actual jersey with ISSUES noted as well as a picture of what a jersey from the MLB site looks like. The one we received does not look like the one on the site or MLB. It is clearly counterfeit and the are mis-representing htemselves as St. Louis Cardinal online Shop.
