GARBAGE property management service. If you own a building do NOT use these guys. They have been managing my property for 2 years and I had to hire a lawyer to sue them to re-collect over 10k worth of damages that they stole from my properties. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have owned buildings all over Southern California for over 20 years, and this is by far the worst group of people we have encoutered!! I have since switched to a new management company 6 month ago, NO problems. All my tenants are much more happy now. Wish I had known this sooner!
