The business owners of squeaky clean in Sutherlin, from my experience are very unprofessional, have horrible customer service skills, and could take some lessons on DETAIL from other detail shops.
When I dropped of my vehicle at 9:00am I was told they would be finished by 12:00 and i could pick it up at 2:00. I specifically went over everything that i understood would be done for $150.00. When I returned they seemed in a hurry to go jet skiing so feeling rushed I paid them and left. If you choose to go to these idiots, CHECK EVERYWHERE before u pay them. As soon as I got home I noticed a huge nasty thick sticky area covered in what looked to be hard candy or something right by my carpet on the passenger side. I went back in and had her remove it....wondering how a true detail professional could miss something that big.
I also mentioned the nasty carpet in that area so she rubbed it and said" oh well that stain came out" Again I went home and noticed more that was not clean.
I called her and told her about the missed areas. She said i could bring it back in and pay more money and they would clean it some more. The more i looked around the more I realized how my vehicle was rushed through. I had just bought this vehicle used and was really hoping to have a clean vehicle when i brought it home after what was supposed to be a professional detail.
My buttons are all sticking now, Nothing on my center console, doors, seat belts, seats, door hinges, steering wheel, dash board ect were cleaned. There was dirt all over still and when i rubbed my hand across, the dirt came off. They would not of had to scrub this but just wipe it down and it would have come off. My wheels were still dirty and the wax job was something a teenager could have accomplished at home for 10.00$..I even had a gas station worker comment on the "almost finished wax job" When I told him were I got it done, he said he will make sure he never goes there…smart idea! Everyone that has seen my vehicle so far has been shocked at what a horrible job they have done.
Most business owners in this community have integrity and care about doing the best for their costumer. NOT THESE PEOPLE!! I will continue to let everyone know about this joke of a business so more people don't get ripped off. There are WAY better places to go where they have integrity for what they do, and do the best they can for EVERY costumer.
When I told Mike(the owner) that I wanted my money back because they did not clean my vehicle as agreed, He responded by being rude and threating and also said I was being picky..hmmm Kinda a dumb comment coming from someone who gets paid to pay attention to DETAIL!!! As I was driving off he had his wife take pictures of me and my vehicle.. If you value your time, money and vehicle this is not a good place to go.
