I needed to monitor a phone on my account. They claim to work on Samsung Galaxy SIII. I did everything 4 times. I'm not new at this. I was just looking for a cheaper monitoring service. Despite their claims, this product does not work. I would not trust them. They do not refund either. Don't waste your money here. I would promote another site but that's not what this forum is for.
