I recently went + got new glasses. After a while I went + picked them up, got home , put them on , walked across my living room + the lense fell out . I called + informed the office -I had JUST left there. I am without transportation + must depend on "medical transportation", which takes hours + must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance,no weekends. So I packaged the glasses carefully + sent them back to be secured. More than a week later, I received my glasses ONLY to find out the prescription was wrong. Knowing that one must " get use to " a change in prescription, I tried to wear them for a week or so, but NO . In the interim I was taken ill so another piece of time went by until yesterday when I returned to get the proper prescription.I was charged for another equal priced frame + they refuse to add the already paid for scratch resistant coating that I had put on the first set.......very long story short- I've been double charged for a service (coating) + charged for a new frame ...they will NEVER see my business again + I'll be sure to let everyone I know to avoid these stores completely
