This company is not legit. I, too, worked for this company and am owed the same amount of hours as the lady above. In fact, we were coworkers. Keira Nielsen is a Fraud and a phony. She clearly has multiple personalities and acts as if she is "Kristen" and "Amber".... she is a I hate her. She should be lucky that I cannot physically track her down. She used an adult film stars picture as her headshot for customers!! She is the person who leaves a bad taste in the mouth of business owners. WHO RUNS A COMPANY WITHOUT A PHONE?!?! Someone who is shady! The only person "working" at Spareception anymore is Amber.... and that is because she made up names in order to cover her tracks! I am going to look on craigslist and make sure she isn't still looking for FREE LABOR. I hope her company sinks into the ground and she is prosecuted to the highest degree.
I too am a victim. I have worked for over a month now, part time. I am owed for 112 hours. I was happy and excited to start a new job with a place called Spareception. This was a work at home job, that consisted of answering phones and booking appointments for various clients. Fun and easy, aside from the fact that my 'boss' Keira Nielsen, was rude and unorganized..
It has now been over a month and I have yet to get paid. My last contact with her consisted of some bullshit about a 3rd party payroll company. Since then she, and Kristen Timms, in the HR dept. has stopped responding to me entirely and all the phone numbers I can find that are associated with this company no longer work. My last email came back with an auto response that she's out of the office on a family emergency til Oct 6. I am now locked out of the company email too.
I have made contact with 2 other ladies employed by Spareception, they are experiencing the same thing. They tell me they have spoke to clients, who are upset at being double billed for services and unable to contact Keira.
Also, Spareception's Facebook page has been took down ,But Keira Nielsen's is still up,
I think I scared her when I told her that not only would I be filing charges with my state labor board, but since I am disabled, I work through the Social Security Administration's "Ticket to Work Program", and once I report my lack of compensation to them, it will become a federal matter.
This is totally unneeded stress and BS for me to deal with right now. But since I am currently unemployed I will have ample time to devote to making her life a living hell, and hopefully prevent her from doing this to others. If she wants to keep screwing people for money she will have to do it in a short skirt on the street corner.
The real pisser is that I sent out several resumes in my job search and I actually turned down 2 other, better paying jobs. Because I thought the work at home thing would be a better deal and save me time and having to do a lot of driving in ice and snow during the upcoming winter..
To the person who was threatened by Keira, Please contact me and I will work with you on this. I'd like to see her try and scare me.
Spa Reception is Fake. She would not return my calls and my client's were not helped. I should have followed my gut when my 800# was changed with no notification. I am so sorry that the receptionist that were hired did not get paid. My business is growing and really needed legitimate help. I will be more aware moving forward.
I cancelled my credit card so that she can't charge it and I posted her as Fraud.
