Spa manufactures is a waste of time and money. 1/2 of our jets work, 1 pump replaced, another not working, control board replaced all in the second year. Lights quit working after 1 year, and they want over 160 dollars an hour just to come out and look at the problems, for a spa that we paid over 10 grand on.
I had posted a review on another site, and they responded by leaving a number and assured me that they would come out and look at the problems at no charge. I called, and they gave me the run-around, and never called me back.
I no longer want to deal with these people, but based on all the fake feedback the company has left themself on all of the review sites, some truth in the matter should be shown.
