I Bought a gift for a friend and had them ship it to her. The item was sized wrong so she returned the gift for a refund or credit. The item was returned and accepted by the retailer. I know this because of the tracking and proof of delivery provided by UPS.
I waited over a month and did not hear from the retailer. Both of us tried contacting the retailer several times and finally got a response saying they did not get the returned item. I responded with the UPS proof of delivery and got a reply with a ""refund confirmation"" for $12 on a $129 item.
No explanation was given about the difference. I sent another email protesting the $12 refund and have not heard back from them. My credit card has not been credited with any amount.
In early November I ordered three items from the Foundation and the order was filled promptly and correctly. However, I had (and still have) a question about cleaning care for one of the items and have tried unsuccessfully several times to contact them. I first sent an e-mail which was "...rejected because it would exceed the quota for the mailbox." Then I called them and left a message on their answering machine. After two weeks of not hearing anything I called again but could not leave another message because the mail box was full. This was my first experience with this organization and although I received what was ordered I feel rather hesitant about doing so again in view of this strange experience of no contact.
This is a non profit. They do try to get people to answer the phone. I have had better luck with email. I am overall very happy with the items. They are trying to help people by giving them a place to sell their crafts. Not everything on the catalogue is native made, but it does say this. Most of the things are. I have blankets and pillows, jewelry. My kids loved the candles and the dream spray.

I contacted my bank and filed a dispute.
My father orderd some birthday presants for me and we never recieved a tracking order.
Or the things we orderd.
I have tried calling the order 800 line and they put you through to an answering machine for their customer service.
Also another 877 phone number that has a recording that has nothing to do with the SouthWest Indain Foundation.
Thank You For checking in to this matter.
