Worked for this fraudulent company for 3 months. Don't expect payment on time. Don't expect any valid excuse or evidence as to why she pays late or not in full. Dont excpect her to return phone calls unless she needs you for something. Don't expect her "accountant" to ever be in town & working. Don't expect her to keep her word when you have what she calls "per our conversation" agreements. Don't expect her to give you correct information. Don't expect that the contract she makes you sign will protect you or your interests in any way. After withholding my pay for 2 weeks while her "accountant" gets caught up I'm having to go over her head to get the $7000 she still owes me. Save yourself the heartache.

Souther Arizona has been renamed in 2013 from it's prior company name's for that same reason, dodging the contractors they owe, well they found one contractor that is not giving up on getting his payments that are due..
LYNN NECOECHEA the owner of all of the companies mentioned above is a dishonest and fradulent person/company filled with negative reviews about breaching written and verbal contracts to issue payment to its contractors. Although this company operates with contractors nationwide, it is actually run out of a small office of less than 1 employee, herself, the rest of the contractors she hires are in other cities.
The company only hires contractors to perform property preservations directly from craigslist and the yellow pages, and seeks to take advantage of people that are in a desperate financial sitaution, and that are in dire need of work, and are unprepared for a 1099 contractor position.
Unfortunately, it is common practice with this company to issue written (email) and/or verbal (phone) agreements/contracts for payment and then violate these agreements. When this happens, there is no appeal process. They block your number, hold your last pay check, stop givning you work orders, and find someone else to take your place. Then they repeat this process over and over.
What is the main issue? When your first hire on, you sign the Subcontractor Agreement. This contract gives them permission to deduct from your paycheck for any jobs where they "claim" you didn't do a complete job. Slowly but surely, they will start to dock you (ie, "chargebacks") for each job and issue you $0.00 for work completed because they "claim" it was not completed correctly.
So you quit, right? Wrong - they next threaten to take away your remaining paycheck unless you go back for free and fix the "mistake." Essentially, they wait until you are a few paychecks deep and then start to blackmail you with holding your pay. If you refuse or quit, then you never see most of your last paycheck (if any of it), they fire you, and they hire another gullible person to start the process all over again.
For being a broadcast journalist as she indicated and a God fearing woman, she gives the religion a bad taste.
What's the solution? Stay away. Don't get greedy.
