I received a "bonus cupon" from my local CVS pharmacy for being a valued customer which allowed my to choose a free 30 day trial of Garcinia Cambogia supplements for only the cost of $4.95 shipping and handling; knowing these trials sometimes have stipulations that you continue to purchase the product after the trial unless you cancel, read the "Free Trial" offer very carefully. Nowhere did it state I needed to contact the company after 15 days to cancel the offer or I would be billed for my "Free Trial" so I decided to give it a try. Mind you this is a monthly cost of approximately $90. I was going through my check book and noticed a $89.95 charge from SOLYMAR*garcinia, annoyed, I called the number 855-493-1341 and spoke to a Mia Garcia and she talked in circles telling me that because I did not call w/in 10 days I am being billed for the trial bottle, not another month, but the FREE TRIAL bottle that I was only supposed to pay $4.95 shipping and handling for! I told her that there were no options to cancel or call and this was very misleading and they had no right to charge my card again and if they did not cancel I would call the BBB; she kept on and on asking how I liked the product and I should try additional months, I was livid and threatened to sue if I did not get written confirmation of cancellation w/in half hour. I have still not received written confirmation. I am surprised CVS would be affilliated with this SCAM and Dr. Oz should be ashamed of himself for pushing this crap with these internet thieves. These companies should not be allowed to just go into a persons bank account with out authorization or email notification prior to billing attempt. There should be a big warning sign on this site the you will be ripped off.
