I downloaded and tried to use the 'Remove Logo Now' software sold by SoftOrbits and the license key they provided would not work. I tried to contact them and tried multiple remedies on my own but the sent over and did not respond for 3 days!
I asked for a refund because I could not use the software, and had to buy a competing product, then these CLOWNS said they do not offer refunds because they sent over a [Non-Working] license.
I finally had to issue a chargeback with my credit card company because they REFUSED to cooperate with my request for a 100% refund for NON-WORKING software!
