Hello, I won my disability on 1/2010 and I was never given a case reward reciept. Or the document which tells you with an itemized account of your award and what was paid to the attorney(s), county and state debts. I asked my attorney Olinski and Shurtliff and the rep. told me to call Socail Security and SSA told me to contact my lawyer; ths happened for months so I called the bar association and my case got picked up but then for unknown reasons she refused to work with me and my case and even sent my documents back. So I kept complaining and complaining and now that the O.I.G has said it would look into my case I just had to identify myself and I did. Now I recieved a letter saying I have to go into this agency and bring my original incriminal documents on 12/3/2014 at 10:15am
I sent the OIG an email informing him of this unusual meeting and I called the SSA work Ms. C. Yehl at 1-866-774-9119 at extention 20535. This woman called me today after a week because I wanted to reschedule to find legal counsel and I asked if a phone conference would be possible she refused me unless I had an medical reason. I expressed that I did not feel safe to the OIG because this woman wants me to give her original documents that she can just shredd and the security can kick me out of the building again. I will have my two small kids with me and the don't allow any recording devices. This just seems like a setup. But if there is anyone that can assist me please do. I am trying my best to stay afloat.

An elderly friend that I relied on that had his own agenda is questionable. The accident report was sent there more than once. There were jealousy factors and I was extremely incapacitated. I applied for social security. My girlfriend was second time pregnant when I almost died. My spine was bulging out of my back. There were xrays. Pasco county denied me everything and I was like a suffering horse. My girlfriend thinks the system just wanted to use me to make money off of me. Be a statistic in a retirement town. I was denied disability. The psychiatrist in newportrichey made me look retarded but he stated I could work. Maybe work at a fruit stand. My girlfriend gets irritated because I did carpet and tile in keywest, mechanics, etc. Reverse discrimination in this case. Two of my teeth fell out after my accident. Knowone cared. The suffering of the pain and lack of help people took advantage of my skills and used me for cheap labor to get a few dollars. My girlfriend constantly got mad about the situation. Using a person; reverse discrimination my girlfriend states. She helped me with the writing of the article.

This defendant acting in conspiracy with the courts and others, denied me benefits to keep without funds while the family court drained me financially running me from PA to NY for over 29 months, in order to take my child away from me.
On August 31 2011, I applied for (SSI) for Rheumatoid Arthritis & Gerd, both conditions enumerated by the Social Security Administration giving entitlement to benefits. In my previous report I erred in writing my RA Factor. My Rheumatoid Factor is 71 units High, the normal level is under 23 units.
My Radiology reports states:
Impression:
1. Multilevel chronic discogenic and degenerative joint desease including mild changes in the marrow due to the endplates of the C6-C7 disc which are felt to be degenerative in etiology with other possibilities as discussed above.
2. Multiple levels of neuroforaminal narrowing including moderate to severe narrowing at C5-C6, C6-C7 and on the right at C3-C4.
Impression:
1. Punctate soft tissue hyperdensities are noted within the right neck and overlie the C-2 vertebra on the open mouth views.
2. Reversal of the normal curvature is noted
3. Degenerative changes are noted along the cervical spine with moderate disc space narrowing and anterior osteophyte formation. Bony encroachment is noted upon the neural foramina at the C5-C6 and C6-C7 levels bilaterally.
On January 5th 2012 the mother of my child after taking the child from me on the 4th filed her petition in the family court alleging abandonment. The same day she filed the Social Security Administration denies my application. Coincidence ? I don’t think so, heres what they did prior thereto they send me to a chiropractor for the state to diagnose my arthritis which was not qualified to diagnose my conditions. As I mentioned earlier in my first report the mother of my child had already been talking with the prosecutor, informing them I was planning to expose them for what they did in the homicide trial. They used the family case as means to pursue me and then depriving me my son, gang stalking with the police ,FBI , hospitals, water authority, death threats etc., to cause me a mental collapse. I call it a "Melt Down." They do this to try and make you collapse mentally, it’s a method they use to destroy a target, they know the average person cant cope with that much distress , and would ultimately flip out, do something crazy that would land themselves in prison and they would be free and clear of their wrongdoing.
Next, I file an application with the Social Security Per Diem Need to expedite a hearing and was denied. They refuse to tell me the name of the justice which denied the application or the reason for denial. About this time I had visited Saint Joseph hospital and with me I brought my medical records for the doctor to view, they asked to make copies and stole the second page of the blood results where my Rheumatoid Factor was. Next I had to go back to Quest Diagnostics to obtain a copy. Heres what they did they send the report and wrote where the results for the Rheumatoid Factor is, they wrote Pending. They did this so I wouldn’t have the results for the appeal hearing.
Next , in August 2012, I go for an appeal hearing before the administrative law judge(Jack Penca) for the Social Security Administration, which denied me again. At the hearing under oath they had their state doctor falsely testify that my blood results were nothing more than IC codes for the hospital to get paid. The administration judge deprived me of my right to cross examine their doctor. He said he would give me the opportunity at the end of the hearing and when the time came he said, sorry were out of time.
Next in December 2012 I file my 1983 Claim in the district court and around that time I file an order to show cause against the Social Security administration which the court clerks tried to talk me out of filing. The District court Judge Roslynn Mauskopf declined to sign the order.
Now this case is in the District court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Civil action No: 14-860.

The SSA medical examiner determined disability, but systemic incompetence & dishonest ALJ's (Donald R Holloway) cheated me of benefits. The ALJ was inconsistent in his logic to deny, on one hand asserting the record lacked objective evidence, then ordering a subject test. The experts (on record) report the test to be "inappropriate for non-exertional impairments" (like mine). This M.O. of using these tests to discredit people with knowledge of official misconduct (like the DoD injecting harmful experimental vaccines into me without the required Disclosure & without the required Informed Consent, contrary to ethics/laws/International law etc). The Dept of VA rates me as a 100% "Service-Connected" vet. (my service dates: 1987-1989). I need a FAIR & Impartial Decision review Officer to re-open my claim and correct the Clear & Unmistakable errors and do the right thing. Kenneth, Bettendorf, Iowa
My family member applied for SSDI and SSI benefits under the Compassionate Allowances program, and could show proof from their doctor they had the condition. The protocol of the Social Security Administration is to process those applications within ten days of getting them, especially when being provided with medical proof. Instead they denied my family members application immediately. I personally know that SSA grants crack users and other low lifes SSI and SSDI immediately, so they can keep drug dealers happy on the streets. Why do they give hard working Americans who have earned their benefits and paid into the system a hard time?
