I ordered two of the vaping kits as an anniversary present for my significant other on February 9th through a Groupon. I followed the instructions exactly and even purchased another item on their website and paid an additional 20 dollars in shipping to expedite the process. It is March 23rd and after many emails to customer service, I still have not received my order. That's 110 dollars gone and nothing to show for it. My partner wasn't too happy either. Imagine my embarrassment when I have to tell him I don't have a gift for him.
I have been dealing with these people for two months. I have heard everything from, it takes time to get there, it already arrived, it is on it's way, and then have them ask what flavor would I like them to ship? Isn't it already shipped? Oh, you are out of that flavor? So don't ship anything or communicate when I contact you? Oh, you will track down the missing package for an extra $5.00? How nice of you. I have a tracking number. It is not at my post office. Can I get a refund since you can't deliver what I originally purchased on Groupon? No? Oh, you will send me extra pens for the inconvenience. Well, that would be great. Why don't you put them with the other ones you can't seem to deliver and we'll call it even. I'm sure glad I only lost $19.99; but, Groupon lost a customer. I will never buy anything on Groupon ever again.
I concur with Justine and was ripped off by this company too. The product arrived alright but the Atmos 510 is fundamentally flawed and simply does not work. The vapor chamber, called a "bullet", is manufactured without a vent hole without which the laws of physics prevent proper usage. Dealing with customer service is useless since all they do is send out additional flawed ventless worthless "bullets". It is sad that Groupon continues to associate with these people.
