In September of 2014 I took a car full of items to Smileys Too in Bally, PA for them to sell. I had done this several times before with no issues. When I went back in October to pick up payment I was informed by clerk that they were closing and checks would be mailed in November to those due money. She had no computer there to process any payments. I had watched my auctions and all had bids on them and I was expecting a nice check. Well it is December 25, 2014 and no check has been received. I called Smileys in Zerns and they just keep telling me they are not affiliated with Glen and Linda Smiley but will pass message. My question: Are there more out there that would be interested in a small claims suit? We could do one together. They must have taken the money, anything not sold, and split. UNFAIR. Any suggestions or help?
