I am a senior citizen ,disabled, and on a limited income.i went to this dental service trying to get the best care I could. They into ally knew all my teeth needed to be extracted and purposely left 7 teeth in so they could profit more money and have me return for several visits in which k could not afford. They set me up with care credit which I had to get pregnant approved and my mother had to Co sign for I am on med iCal which should have been covered to have complete extraction of all my teeth so first date of service was on March 28 2014 where they took out all teeth but 7 then stated I would come back for the temporary teeth.which they charged me for full price teeth and a separate charge for my permanent teeth which med iCal pays for it
they insisted they would charge the care ccredit. the service was terrible and embarrassing for me to have to go through . They did try to rectify the situation they simply did not care and ruined that time in my life .walking around with no teeth .they finally called me in June 2014 to hand me a bill for 1600 to be payed for services when I was told the total price for everything was 2250.they have me making payments to care credit of 98 dollars a month which I still do not have my teeth . After the procedure they also stated that the other 7 teeth now need to be pulled which should of been done in the first place ,charging me double and not doing what should of been done in the first place . At first they stayed they don't take med iCal for full dentures but then they stated they will not take med iCal but as soon as they heard med iCal will pay for them they want to bill which should of been done in the first place
