It worked for about 1.5 years, then I got the pop-up stating I had to activate my product. I attempted with no luck. Several phone calls later, I was told it was a Volume License Key and they shouldn't have sold it to me.....it was a pirated copy and I've been blocked from using it. 2014JUN13 I ordered and download a copy of WIN 7 PRO and installed it on my PC. I ran fine until about a week ago when all of a sudden a message appears on the lower right corner of my screen: "Windows 7 Build 7601 This copy of Windows is not genuine.
Now I keep getting pop-up dialog boxes telling me to 'Activate Windows Now" When I type in mu Product Key I get a reply from Microsoft saying they have blocked my product key and it is no longer valid.
I purchased an invalid code for windows 7 from Smart software support.com and now I can't reach anyone to get my money back, and I cant afford to puchase a validated copy. This has caused me to loose my job working from home. He sent one vaidation code and it diddn't work, so he sent another one. Now it is stating that the one I have now is not valid. This is what was sent to my email.
In April 2014, I bought a 1 license software to 2013 Microsoft Office. I was told when I went to install it that I was upgraded to 3 License Microsoft 2013. Great Right?? Not so great. My computer needs to be reset to factory condistions and now they won't give me 2013 back or the 3rd license. They have actually blocked my IP address so I cannot even get on the website to download 2010 as they told me to. I have all my document in 2013 and I wont be able to use them. I can't even tell you what that will do to my business. And when I asked to speak to a manager he conveniently wasn't going to be in for several hours.
Their phone system is set up to simply repeat they are busy or it is out of office hours, even though according to their website it is within office hours. I was unable to reach anyone by email as they all bounced back as invalid. Their chat support was awful, I got disconnected the first 4 times by Billy, when I tried to connect, I got errors the other 4 times and finally Emily helped me a little by saying "Sorry I can't help you, that was a limited time offer." But it wasn't offered as a limited time offer. In fact right now they are upgrading that version to Pro for free and it doesn't say it's a limited time offer. Or I didn't see it as such when I looked.
They get you by offering an upgrade knowing full well they won't support it when you need it later and then they want you to buy a newer version. This company(ies) scam you and you don't get punched till later. The price for one license was reasonable and in line with other companies but them upgrading me with no choice to not accept it makes it just wrong for them to not honor it a year later.
I want everyone to know to not do business with them, they cheat you in the worst way possible. They have just stolen a years worth of work from me.
I ordered Office 2010 and they gave me 2013 but it didn't work. An error popped up after a lengthy and involved install, then my compyter refused to restart. The online chat help was abrupt and rude. They refused to refund the $70. I will not pay it on my visa
