Recently purchased a 2005 Chevrolet trailblazer, and with my purchase was given a 90 day warranty with the vehicle. I have had the vehicle for little over 30 days and my fuel pump went out. Every time I contacted the company I was informed that the "Boss" was not in, they would have him return my call as soon as he arrived. After three days without a returned call I was finally able to get in contact with Mr. Zeitz. He immediately became very defensive as well as extremely arrogant once the problem was addressed. He then informed me that my 90 day warranty which I was charged an extra $100 on top of the cost of the truck only covers me for internal engine and transmission component damage. He then offered to have his lawyers contact me and stated he no longer would speak with me on the matter as he hung up the phone. Feels great being ripped off in your own home town
