Debt card was charged $49.95 plus .40 international accesss charge to take money from our account for a product my wife and I never heard of or authorized purchase. Had to cancel our Visa card and order a new one which will take 4-6 weeks. Called the 888 978 6806 number. I could hear dozens of other conversations in the same room while on the phone with a girl who spoke poor english. She verified my address and the amount and claimed that nothing can be done because we ordered this product. When I started demanding to speak to a manager she hung up. We have never used this card in a ATM machine or to purchase online products. Have no idea how they obtained this card number. I will not give up and contunue pursuing getting our money back.
I have the same charges. They got $200 on my Visa card and a foreign card fee. I called my credit union. They cancelled my card. I too called the company and spoke to a foreign man. He would not refund my money. I asked to speak to a manager and told him I would be involving the attorney generals office of WA state. Of course all of the managers were in a meeting. At that point I told him his company was a scam and illegal. He said he would refund my money. Fortunately my bank refunded all charges. There were 4 charges for $49.95 which the man said were for raspberry ketone supplements which I never received. Maddening.
Charge for 49.95 originated from Republic of Korea. Never even heard of this site let alone ordered anything from them. May have inadvertently been directed to site from another mma site. Beware, they obviously obtained my details by hacking my browser.
My credit card may have gotten stolen and resold through the Home Depot breach. This charged popped up with a whole bunch of Amazon Web Services charges in small increments. Luckily Chase caught the charges, confirmed with me that they were fraudulent and reversed the charges along with canceling the card and issuing me a new card. Ask your credit card company to reverse the charge, cancel your card and reissue another one. You will never get the money back if you try to hunt it down.
On 9/19/14, Slimdown somehow withdrew $49.99 and an international fee of $.50 was also charged to my account. I called them and they apologized, gave me a reference number to cancel my account (which i never set up) and even gave me a refund number, told me it would be processed in 7-10 business days. Of course, those funds were never returned.
I've called numerous times since and they claim my bank has the funds.
I want my money returned and this company put out of business!

Each of these charges were on separate dates starting 8/29/2014. They used 8885044750.COM with Phone 888-504-4750, SlimDown with phone 888-978-6806, and Garcinia Diet with phone 855-656-0409. Pop-up's are blocked on all my computers so this didn't happen by accident. Since it was my business Visa, I suspect they hacked into one of the few merchants I use with that card. I called my Visa rep who removed all charges and issued a new card. People need to watch their Transaction Detail on their billing really close for a while and look for $49.95 amounts, which they are using right now.

I hate to do this because it is such a pain, but will have to cancel the debit/charge Visa issued by our bank.

They tried very hard of course to convince me that I did make the charge (trying to not only keep my money but charge me more by attemping to sell me their upgraded package) however I was adament and they refunded the mony a few days later after it posted on my card. Now a month later after i had already explained to them and canceled my alleged account with them and got a refund, on 9/16/14 another charge pending for the exact same amount 49.95 but this time under a differnt description name called Slimdown. After this I was feed up and i contacted my credit card company and had them cancel my card, but not before they were able to tell me that the charges from a month ago and the charge that happend yesterday were made by the same people. according to my credit card company it appeared to be some sort of subcription charge that i know i did not sign up for. So beware if you ever get a charge like this and cancel your card immediately as it wont be the last time you see it.

Now i see today that there is a payment pending for 9/21/14 for $49.95, but this time thru Slimdown. Now i am on the computer with tech support to find out who is charging this and who i need to call to credit my account AGAIN. This time i went to the bank and cancelled my debit card
Got me too, I never ordered anything from or visited an MMA site. Not sure how my credit card number was compromised. Bank of America denied the charge and alerted me and have issued me a new debit card.
