This revieew was orgininally for the 500-lte-truconnect-mobile-wi-fi-hotspot, which I purchased through SKYMALL.
Not only did the networking device NEVER work, after weeks of troubleshooting with the service provider (who simply stated that the network was down and would be available in 72 hours, but for three weeks the same connectivity problem existed), I tried to return the $200 product to SKYMALL only to be told via automated email that SKYMALL is under federal bankruptcy protection and WILL NOT refund my money!!!!
Scam central here!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM SKYMALL EVER AGAIN!!!!
