I am a previous employee of PlatinumMD and I left the company almost 3 years ago because of unkept promises to the clients. I could no longer represent a company that I felt was not delivering a fully functioning system. I have been working for another EMR/PM company for over 2 years now and this company has been in business for over 18 years and has over 10,000 providers! I have been trying to get a hold of them the phone kept on ringing. Because we can not E prescribe. I also called the Owner of the company and the only name I had was Alex. I have called him for two days and had to leave a voice mail to have him call me back. Then today I called Alex cell phone is disconnect. Santa Ann CA 92705
Bruce, Crescent City and Arcata, CA. I have been calling there 800 number for two weeks now and nobody answer there phone. How I found out is that I could not E presccribe to the pharmacy for the patient . I am glad that we did not do the billing with them. I got the CEO phone number, I have called for three days and left message on two them. Then today I called his cell phone was diconnect and new number. We just fell that we got ripoff becasue they got the money and they are not fulling there agreement. Now we have pay finiance company the money they paid to eplatinum ehr then sold it skycare ehr.
My physician signed up with this company in 2014. When we enrolled with this companies EMR, we did not know that we would be locked into a contract. Our salesperson also told me that we would receive government incentives for purchasing the EMR.
They have continued to draft our practice bank account and have not provided any services that were promised or that are in the contract.
We also, by law, have to write prescriptions electronically starting April 1. Their EMR doesn't do that or we were not trained how.
I have been calling up to 10 times a day and nobody answers the phone, nobody calls back. I cannot confirm if this company is even in business!
Furthermore, we were told to fax certain papers that were needed to get the physicians government incentive. I have tried to call that department and cannot reach anybody at all.
We were scheduled for training. On the day of training, nobody called and we couldn't reach anybody there.
My physician will file lawsuit against this company as they ave not held up their end of the contracts. I even wonder if this was a scam.
If anybody else is having this problem, be sure to notify your bank to stop the transactions and notify the authorities of possible fraud.
