I received my mastercard bill recently and immediately saw a charge of $89.53 on may 29, 2015 from aam skinrenewal in santa ana, ca. I contacted customer service using the phone number provided: 1-877-564-4063. Initially, the male csr refused me a refund to my credit card due to the "trial period" being "expired." i told him i did not receive any product but also "paid for shipping of $4.95" and am now being billed an additional $89.53! he began to "haggle" with me and put me on hold. He came back approx. A minute later and offered me 40% of a refund. I stated "no." again, he put me on hold and came back to the phone and offered me a 50% refund. I replied "no, i want the total amount refunded due to i never received the skinrenewal. Once again, he put me on hold and came back to the phone and offered me a 75% refund. I told him i wanted the total amount refunded to my credit card asap and then i hung up!
Today, i called them again to check on the status of my refund request. I was told by a csr In arizona) that a refund has been initiated and should be on my credit card account "within 3-5 business days."
