I used Six Automotive to repair my 2003 Sentra. They ordered the parts for $460 on April 25, 2014. She told me Six will be at my apartment to take care of my car on May 2, 2014. She didnt disclosed the terms or conditions about my purchase nor was the receipt itemized with any terms or conditions.
On May 2nd Six and his co-worker came to my apartment to do repair on my car and handled the paper work for the crack head gasket. Upon their arrival, I asked them if I had to pay the labor before the labor was completed. Both agreed yes, I told them I wasnt sure about that because I dont know what could happened from that day forward. They tried to convince me that everything was alright and I shouldnt have any worries but I still refused. They left and said I should think about it.
I called my brother because he was the one who found Six Automotive on google, he agreed that I did the right thing and they should return my money. When he called and spoke with the receptionist, she agreed to return my money with no problems. However, when she called my phone she told me she couldnt return my money because it was ""Special Ordered"". If that was the case then why it wasnt disclosed at the time of the purchased or disclosed on the receipt??
I told her to returned my money, give me a copy of the diagnostic reciept (from March 2014) and the recipt for the parts ordered (on April 25). She did not do any of the above.
I called on May 5th to get more anwsers. She was being difficult only because I was an angry customer wanting my money back which she and Six refused to returned. I got so mad that I cussed at her which she hung the phone upon me. Then when I called back Six anwsered the phone, which he called me n***** and ape. In reality that didn't bother me because I wanted my money like any other customer. Call me what you want, but my money is the issue.
He told me that I wouldnt be a customer anymore; but in reality i didnt care because I was not going to do business with Six Automotive due to how they were treating me with refusing to give my money back. What i dont understand is that his receptionist is black so calling me a n***** or ape, I wonder what he called her. Anyway, do not do business with this company if you want your money back for refusing to pay for labor before the labor is completed. $460 is a lot of money to be losing.
