Ordered and paid for a wood sign after seeing them on Pinterest on June 14. Immediately to received confirmation email. Followed up a few weeks later via email but no response. Called today and number is not in service.
June 21, 2016 - I purchased two wooden signs personalized for our upcoming wedding, the funds were received by the seller but yet I never received my purchase.
I received a confirmation email from [email protected] and a follow up email from David McMillan at [email protected]. I responsed immediately after placing my order to ensure the personalization was received and understood and no response.
I waited a few more days and tried again, sending an email to both accounts and still no response. I located the phone number on their website and the number is out of service. I then continued to send them hundreds of emails expressing my frustration and still no response.
I filed a complaint with the better business burea and contacted my bank to have the money refunded. I feel completely taken advantage of. I am just glad it was only $48, but concerned it will happen to others. All those transcations sure add up. Their website needs to be shut down. I refuse to rest until it is. soflco.com. Avoid it at all cost!!
