This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I also came to find out after my nightmare that this company does not have a license holder in house, they pay for use of someones pool license.
Pool interior finish was installed and began to pop loose from a poor prepping of interior and iinstallation.
Interior of the pool was less than 2 years old and I had paid a very high price to get the look I wanted without complaint.
Once the product and installation issues occured they promised to make it right and do what it takes to make the customer happy.
Once they saw the extent of the issues, they started the blame game, saying it was a faulty product, if that was the case it's a lifetime warranty finish applied only through them as a dealer.
Then when the product rep said it was application error, they began to say it was structural damage to the pool that was less than 4 years old.
After confirming no structural issues, they then said it was the bonding product that failed, which of course they also applied.
When questioned about that they said it was a 1 year warranty on the bonding product.
My question is why apply a lifetime warranty product over a 1 year warrantied product, which is apparently their way out of honoring the lifetime comittment.
They said they would make it right over and over again, finally 7 months later and a half full pool of green water, I had to repay a professional pool contractor to redo my pools interior and they did a fantastic job in a very short time taking it on short notice.
Never once did Siesta Pebble call back to follow up on anything, we had to constantly chase them down for a reply to questions and they would give false answers and with a very poor attitude.
Lifetime warranty , well I would think twice about those words selling you over the competition, sometimes you do not get what you pay for.
