I've supported Siber Systems for a number of years with their Roboform and Goodsync programs, and when they decided to go with an annual renewal policy (maybe they were losing too many license holders to non-renewal... and if so I wonder why?) I still stuck with them. But, dear readers, please see the next paragraph.
All of a sudden my Goodsync program didn't "sync" anymore with their server. I put in what I thought was the correct directory/folder where my Roboform info was, and the Internet address of their server. However, maybe I missed something, so I sent one of their online support tickets asking for help. And...
Never, or hardly ever, in my experience with online support, or any for that matter, have I seen such inadequate, non-caring support with the intellect of a monkey, and an ill-trained one at that. Their answers were: 1.) Totally non-helpful 2.) sounding like a terrible bad written AI program that "guesses" at what you are asking, 3.) Even after about 15 or so messages to them, each one more plaintive and exasperrating, they just kept on giving the same non-sequitar and totally useless advice. Even after asking them to be "Specific" they were painfully obtuse and non-helpful.
I don't know who owns this, IMO, poor excuse of a software company, I would hope that they would provide tech support with at least some modicum of the intelligence it wook to write the code for the program.
Very Dissatisfied with their Poor Excuse for what should be Technical Support. I warn others to be leery of Siber Systems. If they do this to me, they may do it to you.
