I ordered the Leno tablet and a ring no more then $200 and I was told it was cancelled because of my credit report, I asked them how did they get that without my consent reply was it's based on credit approval lol really I've never heard this before so now again my credit was pulled points taken off because of shopHQ they should be sued and I want part of this
I ordered an Invicta watch from Shop HQ. The watch I received was clearly a previous return. None of the tags were there. None of the plastic protective wrap was there. The warranty registration number that Invicta requires for their five year warranty was not there. I went through h**l with customer service trying to get a simple registration number and was willing to keep the used watch even though I'd paid for new. However, they simply could not comply so I returned the watch. When I gave them a poor review on their reviews page, they rejected my review saying that it did not meet their "specifications" but better luck next time.
I guess that is a good way to stack the deck on your service reviews. Simply reject any negative feedback and you end up looking like gold.
This is a buyer beware for invicta watch buyer. I have a lot of their watches I started buying my wife watches form invicta in 2010. The first on was on sale and possible discontinued it fell apart after 5- 6 months no warrant. The next one was May 20012 with a 2 year extended warranty. She wore the watch 2 years then one evening while winding the watch she notice the hands had fell off. I call invicta explained the problem they told me I have a warranty and gave me the number to their warranty department. That department informed me that my warranty had expired. It runs concurrent with the 1 year manufactory’s warranty which is very stupid and it’s a rip off. Most companies will run the extended warranty after the manufactors warranty runs out. I spoke to a manager and I was told the same thing my warranty had expired app 4.5 weeks ago.
I’ve started looking at other watches that will not alter the fine print for a few dollars. I amy have to send a lot more money for the more expensive watches but I will know the warranty will be honored
So If you buy these watches don’t was you money on the warranty just find another place that will repair it for a fraction of the price.
This company has literally blown my mind. We ordered a TV, it arrived broken, screen totally cracked, and as someone who has worked customer service for 6 years, I'd asume they would do everything they could to fix the problem. No problem, I wasnt worried. We sent it back through the company. So as stupid as I am, we order another tv while we wait on our refund for our broken tv. Jokes on us! They are continuing to charge us for our broken tv (on top of our replacement tv). Of course, no refund has happened. But they are making sure they take those damn monthly payments out for our broken tv that we never got to use. We call literally everyday. Every time it's something different. "I am refunding it as we speak" and "I can't refund you myself, but you will get a phone call within 2-3 days discussing your refund." I'm such a customer service person. You take care of your costumers and they will take care of you.Not to mention we have paid over $100 in overdraft fees. We are a young couple, getting our feet on the ground with our new home, and this company is taking advantage of that. There is a reason they offer value pay. They assume you are too f****** poor to sue the s*** out of them for stealing your money.
