Shop Jeen is a strictly online business. They have several ads on a variety of social media networks on which I first heard of them and got the isdea to order something. I ordered 1 egg poncho to go with my costume for Halloween. from them on Oct. 16, 2014 for a total purchase of $16. After my transaction went through, the website told me I would receive my package within 2-5 business days. I did not however get a confirmation email. 5 business days had passed, and I had not received my poncho. I decided to email Shop Jeen at [email protected]. I had not heard back. 1week had passed, and it was closer to Halloween, and I still did not have my costume. I tweeted at the Shop Jeen account, and had not gotten a response. After 2 weeks, I called my credit card company and found out my credit card had been charged, but I had not gotten my order from the website. Halloween passed, and it is almost Thanksgiving, and I still have not heard from Shop Jeen nor receive my product I ordered over 1 month ago.
I was a big fan. I ordered 3 things in November. I didn't recieve anything after countless of emails and DMs they finally replied in February to compensate one of the clothing they couldn't give to me anymore. And they sent me my iPhone case but sent the wrong one I have an iPhone 6 and I checked that I ordered it correctly and they sent me one for the iPhone 5 I had to report it again and am still waiting for them to fucking compensate my shit im so done with this website it's been since November it's fucking March I thought they cared for their customers I was wrong

I ordered a pair of shoes that when they arrived they were gigantic. My physical receipt that I got with my order, states NOTHING about not being able to return shoes.
I contacted customer service (multiple times before I got a response over 2 weeks later) to see if I could just get the smaller size. I was told I could get a 10% code and REORDER the same shoes (that I had gotten for 30% off the first time around). But as far as the shoes that are too big, that I spent over $50 on, I was told, literally "Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do."
Needless to say I am beyond pissed off, because I just threw away money on something that will never be worn and can't be credited to get the appropriate size. As much as I love the merch, the customer service rep, was completely useless and wouldn't lift a finger to help out a loyal customer... Just thought I would share my crappy experience since nothing was done about it and that I will never place an order again.
I wish I could give this site less than one star. I ordered 5 different items from this site and on first delivery only received two, after emailing several times they FINALLY sent me another package... With one item. Having to email them several times again I've since received one item but my last item STILL WAS NOT IN THE BOX, and now they're ignoring my emails and not replying to me... This order began 5 months ago and I'm STILL dealing with it... Thanks for stealing my money and causing me nothing but stress shopjeen!! Super kawaii!!!
I ordered $250 worth of Shop Jeen products on Boxing Day and never replied an email with a tracking order. I have since sent over 15 emails asking questions and urging them to reply and yet they are making a clear effort to ignore me. The money was taken out of my account and I have not received my order, nor an email since 3 months ago.
If you want to feel like you'll never get your items or be contacted from the company DEFINITELY order from Shop Jeen immediately... customer service is extremely poor, had to complain complain and complain on social media to get a basic level of customer service. Unfortunately as per their policy sale items are final sale (which I usually have no issue with... BUT..) I wanted to get a full refund so as to not have to deal with them any further but couldn't due to that.. so I'm still waiting for my junk.. never received a tracking number or shipment email, they may have sent it without sending me that, still unprofessional! Furthermore, they don't keep any good track of what is in stock and not, so the majority of my order went magically out of stock.. although I ordered earlier than others for the sale.. strange? Then I saw them back IN STOCK soon after.. but.. because they were out of stock when my package was being put together that doesn't matter? I don't know.. i'm sure there is like zero communication between the departments or people in the company. And all the while, still haven't received my package... so at ANY other company they could easily still give me these items but nope, not with Shop Jeen..
they have cool stuff, but you were warned.. and shop with caution! I will NEVER shop there again. I thought I was being ripped off/being robbed!
Ordered an emojicons backpack for my 15 year-old daughter. First it was out of stock and we had to wait 6 weeks. When we finally received the item, it looked nothing like the quality backpack shown on the website. It is very small, badly constructed, colors are off, and it cost $65. VERY disappointing. What irks me the most is now I have to try and return this thing and I just know it will be months before I see my money.
This is the second time I have ordered from this website. The first time it took 8 weeks and many follow up emails to get the item ordered. We were never told it was backordered or anything like that. The product was even shipped from San Francisco which is only about 3 hours away from where we live.

Funny thing with this site i you dont even get a tracking number to see where the hell your package is. It will just say fufilled or unfulfilled. I finally get my items 2 weeks after Christmas. No apology, no reaching out. No credit. This is what happens when you let 20 year olds run a business without over site.
My mum was in Los Angeles in January, 2015 when I ordered 2 tshirts, a playsuit and emoji stickers to be delivered to her hotel's address. I paid for express shipping, my items were shipped and there within 2 and a half business days. They were perfect! I just placed 2 large orders today to my home address in Australia, and reading these reviews makes me worry that I may not receive them.
I live in Canada and I ordered the Buzz Platforms in size 8, and when they came (only a week later) they were perfect and very comfortable. I love them!
Ordered a pair of white platform work boots and a necklace a month ago yesterday. I sent a message to the instagram page 3 weeks ago sending my shipment number and asking why the shipping was still unfulfilled and got a reply saying, "Hi! I'll send this to customer service asap!
They sent me a completely messed up shirt and i emailed them for 5 months straight asking for help, "kiki" the store owner PROMISED to get it taken care of and stopped replying to me after. Take my advice and DONT waste your money here !!!!!!!
i ordered iggy boots for my daughter paid 57.00 for them got a dress that we didn't even order instead that stunk. They emailed me back only once with the return address which was in brooklyn, new york so i paid 6 bucks and shipped it back to them and confirmed with my tracking number that they received it on jan. 15th 2015. been emailing them a few times stating that i shipped it back to you when can i receive my store credit or refund so i can order my daughters boots. It is now Jan. 26th 2015 still no response from them. So now i am out 63 bucks and no boots for my daughter. This website is a total scam. People beware.
