As a soon to be former employee of this company I can tell you that in the years that I have had my CDL I have NEVER been subjected to such a horrible company.
The owners expect drivers to haul over weight loads refusing only gets you cussed at. They expect you to falsify your log book to drive as many miles as possible before you drop. I have been told on more than one occasion that driving 11 hours isn't good enough and not driving 20+ hours during a day is screwing the company over.
When you turn in your trip packs the milage that the office claims is no where near what you actually drove. What constitutes a pick-up or drop is determined arbitrarily by the owners on every trip. So while you may have just spent 5 hours picking up a load or dropping one off at the same place you got paid for doing it last week it might not count this week. Even when you unload the trailer yourself.
I am currently on day 11 of waiting on one trip pack to be finished and have one more that needs to be corrected and another that hasn't been touched. for a total of 8300 unpaid miles and one trip that was for some reason changed to something different this week than it was last week. Last week the trip was complete with breakdown pay and reimbursments this week the breakdown and reimbursments were removed from the last trip to show me negative.
So word of warning if you have bills to pay or value your CDL stay away from this company.
