6/27 I ordered shoes from company & paid with PayPal. They didn't process payment if or at least a week.
Everytime I checked website, my order said "processing" and nothing more. 7/14 I emailed to find out why they hadn't done anything with my order.
7/25 Still no answer & no progress order my order. Emailed again.
Shipping info on website says they need 1-3 days to prepare shipment after payment clears, then 7-15 days to ship from Hong Kong.
It has been 6 weeks since I ordered, with no action except pro take my payment.
