I ordered shocks for a common vehicle (Dodge Dakota) that did not show 'out of stock.' Three days later, they still show as 'processing.' Email response said they were being shipped from the factory warehouse immediately and 'processing' would be updated soon.
I looked for and found the "Fine print." The Terms and Conditions hidden at the very bottom of the web page say "Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from our regular inventory. Items which are not available from our regular inventory are procured from the manufacturer's distribution center and shipped in approximately 5-10 business days. Time-in-transit varies by destination, but typically ranges from 1-5 business days within the 48 United States depending on service type. "
There appears to be no way to know if the shocks will be shipped from the Shocks.com warehouse or some other warehouse.
July 18, 2014 - Placed an order and almost immediately realized I had ordered the wrong stocks. I e-mailed them less than 10 mins. later to ask them to correct the order and ship the correct parts. Three days later I got this reply: "Thank you Paul! Unfortunately your order has already been packed at the factory, we'll speak with them and see if they can retrieve it from the trailers."
They then told me they weren't able to stop the shipment. I got a return authorization from them and sent the items back to them, they received them on August 4th. When I e-mailed them 4 days later to find out when they were going to send the replacements, they requested my tracking number. I gave it to them and they still have not sent my replacements. Just one run-around after another.
This is now NINE DAYS since they received the return and I have asked for a refund of my money. I don't have very high hopes of getting my money back. I sincerely hope this review keeps others from getting burned.

Scam
They have never sent me my shocks. It's been 2 weeks now and my order status keeps saying processing.
Total bullshit.
I hope they get shot in the head.
