I went in to Sherman Power Sports on June 13, 2015 and took possession of a motorcycle that had a lien on it by a different individual other than the dealership. I returned on the 16 of June to return it because I did not like the way that the transaction was done. I was told that I could not return the motorcycle because the person who had the lien on it had paid it off. A month later I call asking where the title is and they say to me that it will be a few weeks before they even receive it. So it will be approximately 2 months before I can even get the title and that is if they are actually going to receive it within that allotted time. I have tried to return it because I still have no legal ownership of the bike and I would like a full refund. they refuse to do so. I filed a complaint to the BBB of Dallas, TX and they send me a legal threat that they will seek full legal action against me that the state of Texas will allow IF I DO NOT REMOVE THE COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB WITHIN 72 HOURS. If this business has nothing to hide then why try to scare me with a legal threat? In my opinion this business needs to be investigated. The asking price on the motorcycle was 7500 when I left the dealership the total balance was $11092!! They gave me a warranty without asking me and the blinker on the motorcycle did not work and the highbeams were only temporarily working. the chain on the bike was completely rusted it was just not in good working order. this business is very crooked and corrupt. The owner is Russian and has a hammer and sickle flag from the soviet Russian days hanging in his office. Completely disrespectful to America. They also signed me up for a credit card which I was unaware of with an APR of 22.99%!!!!
