I know more than Sherri than I would like to, me and her were "friends" until she screwed me over. She has a portion of her house she allows people, along with small portions where her animals are kept. She keeps a small fraction of her animals in areas that are clean and well kept for when people come over to purchase animals. These areas are kept clean and tidy. However she never allows people into the areas the res of her animals (rabbits, dogs, and cats are) these areas are FILTHY, dead animals in cages, the stench of urine and feces as soon as you open the door to the shed and building. It's is absolutely horrible. Sheri has had animal control and the humane league to her house SEVERAL times, however she jumps between her parents house and husbands house over the PA border to MD, this way once they can search her property the animals are gone. Please beware and do not support this animal mill she has going on.
Please do not do business with Sheri Ward Griest or ""rewards rabbitry"" she also breeds cats, goats, and studs out her dogs. She basically will use animals in any way to make money. First off her animals are kept in horrible conditions. Her animals are basically used as baby making machines, if they arnt producing enough babies they are culled (killed). The majority of her animals are inbred because she refuses to put out the money buy new bloodlines. She has had animal authorities to her house on multiple occasions, however she will just move the animals between her residence and her mothers so nothing happens.
I personally have done business with her, and even helped care for her animals. However in return she stole animals from me , and we are going to court over the whole ordeal. Since that incident I have reached out to several individuals who had similar problems with her. She has done everything from selling animals illegal under the age of 8 weeks, stealing animals, falsifying documents and paperwork,and lying about animals age/condion. I have documention and proof of all these accusations.
So please, please save yourself the hassle and do not do business with her!

First of all you never cared for ANY of my pets other then the ones stolen by you from me as the cats you traded me were not what they were supposed to be..Note this is backed up by the court case you spoke about which was sided in my favor and you now have a lean against you as you have not paid me to this date. My animals are NOT used as breeding machines. I still have your 9 year old cat that was supposed to be 2 years old as I have not been able to find a good home for her. She has not been bred and will not be. I will keep her as long as necessary until a home is found or may be kept for the remainder of her life.
I do not sell rabbits or anything under the age of 8 weeks old. Any one is very welcome to contact me and ask me directly if you can purchase a pet before 8 weeks old. I am sorry but the answer is ALWAYS the same. (Must be 8 weeks old by law). I do put out for new bloodlines. I have proof and documentation of shipping from Vermont and Ohio in the last year.

I've seen the conditions these animals are kept in, and the fact is that these animals(including dogs and cats) spend literally their entire lives in small cages, many in pitch darkness nearly 24/7. If it wasn't for the fact that she also sells pet food, and therefore has pet food at the home, they probably wouldn't be fed properly(based on the complete lack of concern for their welfare proven elsewhere).

I saw her home and rabbitry. Everything was fine. My rabbit was not sick and is as sweet as can be.
