The service guys honestly don't respond to emails or follow-up on questions. It's bad when I have to go out of my way to get in touch with someone. You guys just missed out on $2k+ work on my vehicle and any future business. I have had the marketing director, Tim Coultrup, accuse and insult me by calling me a "habitual bad reviewer for all businesses" when I have given many good reviews to worthy businesses in the past. This goes to show the unprofessional manner in which this dealership treats their customers. Too bad for them, I own a popular VW enthusiast site, Tiguan fan page with over 1600 fans, and I'm an IT professional. This will not go unheard and the reputation of this dealership will be in jeopardy. I don't know how many times I've given Sheppard another chance, but this is the last.
