In my case and that of several freinds , after waiting and calling australia post they tell you incorrectly addressed. with return to sender notice. they then tell you when artical arrives they will give refund then they claim parcel doed not arrive and cannot prove as its china mail anc cannot be tracked once marked return to sender.
by luck one parcel sent (wrong adress) the lady at australia post told me it was post office unlike other parcels it was close by miles from address it should have been sent , but did see the item , was not a televion only a envelop. and will be returned . this point i knew i was scammed big time
apart from this I have contacted the local consulate that will investiagte.
