I ordered the green coffe extract for 4.95. The website stated that i would recieve a free bottle and just pay the 4.95 for shipping only. Days later my account was charged 89.95 from this company. Nowhere in the site did it state that i now had a membership witg this company that will charge me 89.95 a month. Somewhere hidden is a policy that i needed to cancel my account within days to avoid the charge. I filed a dispute from my bank which was denied because my bank stated that because i provided them with my card for payment i cannot get a refund. I called the "customer service" number for this company and canceled my account but the number had no othet options on the automated system to even speak with a represenative. I am not happy at all about this.
Basically my complaint is that this company is making money off a product that does not work.
The scam is that if they can hook you in, have you pay for shipping and handling for a ‘free’ trial, then when you call in to complain that it does not work, they offer to refund you half, or if you insist, the maximum refund of 75%, which means you have now paid $22.50 plus s/h of $4.95 for a product that does not work. I tried it, it made me sick and when I called in, there is no 100% refund. I’m making it a personal mission to have this company’s site taken down.

I contacted my bank who contacted the Sensibly Slim company in Provo, UT, and was told that in the original online order I had agreed to a 89.95 monthly membership, although I did not see that in anything when I ordered the ""free"" sample. They also said that I had a certain number of days to cancel my membership and since I didn't they had charged me the 89.95. i I I told them I did not agree to any membership and did not authorize any charge of 89.95 to my card. They offered me a 50% refund, then they said they would process a 75% refund to my card and not charge anything else to my card.
I had my bank dispute the entire transaction on my card and I'm waiting for the results, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I oredered a free sample from the above company and then less than a month later, was sent another bottle and charged 74.98 for 60 capsules. There is nothing stated in the agreement that I can find that says I agreed to such a thing. I'm currently being put on hold for the longest time trying to get someone real-life that I can speak to. Very frustrated and disappointed.
