I thought seniorsoulmates where real. All I got is real seniors I wanted a refund and they said I agreed to the terms I never saw terms they just took my money. I want my account closed.
As far as I can tell, the site closed up shop & ran away with our money. I just hope that they don't continue to make charges, since they have all of our credit card info. I guess my only option is to cancel the credit card used.
This site sent me a "free" invitation to join their dating site for "free." I did not sollicit it or ask for it. I tried it, since it was free, but, never got to anyone for real. It seemed as though the pictures they were sending me were from people who had fled the site or did not exist. Unfortunately I accidently sent my credit card information to them. But seconds afterwards, I called my bank to ask to block any charges from them. My bank told me it was too late they had already charged me $119.95
So, I tried to reach them by phone to no avail. I sent them several email requesting a refund. I was told, by emai,l that the company never gives any refunds, even if your profile is not active or is deleted. they keep the money no matter what. It is a well orchestrated scam. This scam is a total rip off. paid for 1 year in advance and found my mailbox flooded with "canned" messages from men who, when I clicked on their pix or place for a pix, found they were from distant places across the country and NOT in my specified geographical area. I continue to get lots of messages and even those I've responded to, no response of any kind. I called to cancel my subscription and was told all they could do was refund me 1/2 money I paid up front. I still get messages and if I try to c ommunicate, I'm asked to sign up and pay for "gold" membership even though I should still have an active membership to expire in another 4 months since they kept 1/2 my money! AVoid this!!!
please advise what is going on with the website as it has been working fine until two weeks ago the note stated that they were reconstructing the website and has not worked since. Please advise. ASAP
I am fed up with this website. I have not been able to get on the website for the past week (seriously!) and want to cancel my subscription! It's a total rip off. I also believe that many of the profiles are fake and probably all live in Ghana, Africa!!
total rip off, I never gave them money but did get some e-mails from women who I contacted and to told me the were in Malaysia on business. I'll contact the fraud squad tomorrow.
