Mr. Harvey's terrible business practices are compounded by his lies, claiming that he would indeed pay for the leads he had purchased. His promises, to the contrary, are not to be trusted. When you lose roughly $15,000 because of this man's false promises and then struggle to get in contact with him (he conveniently claims to be on vacation or otherwise out of the office quite frequently), you have not only lost money owed to you, but your precious time. These actions are the typical ones perpetrated by many criminals and scam artists who know they are just trying to screw you over – individuals who might yet have more integrity than Jason Harvey probably has.
