I ordered a free samples of Seneca Serum & Vitabella Cream which were being offered together online for a 30-day trial. I decided not to try the products. I emailed the service center and was told to call a number to get a return merchandize numbers (RMA) and return both wIth RMA numbers on package. I was advised by email that, upon receipt of the products, my credit card would receive a refund within 3-5 business days. and that my membership had been cancelled. I have USPS tracking info that the package was received on 11/28/14 and to date I have not received a refund. Then without authorization, I received another supply of both products and my credit card was charged for both. I did not open the packages and the post office stamped the boxed (receipt refused) and they were sent back. I was charged again and have not seen a refund of that order either. I've called all of the telephone numbers I'd been given by the companies and all numbers have been disconnected.
