On Jan 15, 2015, I was working for the company as security for MWD ( Metropolitan Water District ). On that day, an employee, crashed thru the exit gate and destroyed it and kept driving without stopping. Basically, hit and run. I did not witness the accident.
I called SWC ( security watch command ) to view to tape for more info. They informed me of the person. I called the supervisor, who told me to write a report. Then, after writing the report, I was told that it was 'too detailed' and to destroy it and re write. I did this three times.
A week later, I was transferred to another office. After speaking to the HR person in Temecula, I was told that I would be either supervisor or mgr. Two days later, I was told that my position was terminated for there was no work.
I called West Coast office, only to be lied to and given the run around. 2 months later, they still tell me that there is no work. I asked many times to view the video tape and reports of the accident, but they refused to do so.

I strongly suggest that you become a Party to this Legal Class Action. Tell your fellow employees. You are entitled to the money Securitas STOLE from You! Isn't it funny how Securitas claims that ther Corporate Value is INTEGRITY. Maybe Securitas should look up the definition of Integrity in the dictionary!
Dear "Lies,Deceit and Retaliation" : I read your report and all I can say is: I'M NOT SURPRISED! I have had deaings with Human Resources Mgr. Crystal Brown and Pat Crowley. Someone I know very well was RAILROADED by Crystal Brown several years ago when she worked in the Warwick, Rhode Island branch. Just by the way you told the story I knew it was true. I'm disgusted that Crystal Brown would not give you the witness reports from your own case. She should know that is not even legal!
I give you credit for standing up for yourself! Sounds like Crystal couldn't stand that you saw right though her. She is so fake its sickening! I always knew that Crystal Brown would run into the wrong guy someday! Someone who knew his rights and had the courage to call her out. I wish I could have seen her face when she was leaving the room the meeting was at.
Calling President Richard Avery on Crystal Brown was gutsy and smart. Just wondering, Did you call him before or after Crystal Brown fired you? Did Mr. Avery say that that was illegal? Did he try to save your job? Did you even want it after being treated like that?
Pat Crowley and Crystal Brown got together to get me. Same tricks and lies. To answer your question, it is standard procedure to make up lies and fire workers. Thats how Securitas works. There still up to there old tricks. But you sued them and won! You got the last laugh!

The reason I do not support the Jimmy Fund & Boston Red Sox is that Securitas Security who is contracted with Dana Farber for their security does not screen their security personnel & supervisors such as a Reginald Clement who smokes pot on duty.
I think if is a big rip off and very offensive for Dana Farber, the Jimmy Fund, the Boston Red Sox their patients who go to Dana Farber for treatment & the people who support who they have security personnel and supervisors smoking pot on duty & getting away with it by Securitas Seecurity not enforcing their drug screening policy.
I addition Mr. Clement is a scroog to his employees who the account manager gave him money for his security personnel and having them pay for it while he pockets the money and hacking my hotmail. This is why I also do not support Jimmy Fund & Boston Red Sox.

Starting this off just warning any yankee staduim fans that drive to the game be aware of the garage ajacent to gate 2. This parking company is the worst along with its security. Ive been coming to the staduim for several years and for some reason this garage just gets more and more out of hand. Ive been scamed/hustled time and time again first off the model there is money money money. Parking there is 35$ for some reason the security supervisor whose name is Ralph cuevas (via: yankee i.d) demands that in order to park there you must by a blue parking for 50$ to enter the garage. It never fails every time i enter the garage he demands money even when i have a parking pass the next hustle is to be parked in a good spot which he wants 20$ added to the 50$ already given to him. I have spoken to quik park personel an nothing gets done the management and supervision in this garage is poor. Its so sad to me that when you enter the garage on river avenue side the environment is much calmer. I really hope the yankees get rid of these folks and bring in some honest staff instead of these scammers they have outside now.From quik park to the securitas security its bad they are ripingoff several people and im sure buissness wise its not doing to good i really hope the remove these personel out of garage B securitas supervisor Ralphy cuevas hes been there since this new garage opened up an been scaming guest since then, Quik just need new management they dont know how to operate a garage. If you do park in this garage ajqcent to gate 2 (lot B) please dont fall into there money scam.
I love it when the account manager at the Gananda Highlands blocks the 411 MBTA Bus going into the Grananda Highlands. Why does she park the car first and then talk to her Security personnel in her guard station?!?!
