October 31, 2014 I purchased a double wall oven for $857.00 on SearsOutlet.com that was to be delivered 11/13/14. I checked the order status on 11/12 which said it was "processing". I contacted Customer Service who told me the order was "stuck" and didn't finish processing. The item I originally ordered was no longer available so they offered me the exact same item from a different outlet store for $1260.00. I refused the offer and was told there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation other than offering me 10% off. Considering this is still over $300.00 more than the original order I declined the paltry offer.
This is clearly a bait & switch and I have reported this situation to my state Attorney General.
I purchased a recliner chair after trying a floor model at the 898 N MIami Beach location. After the purchase was made, I was told they did not have it in stick but could be picked up at 900 International Parkway, Florida, 33325.
We arrived and were not able to open the box. They only allowed us to peek in to make sure it was the right color.
When we got home, we realized this item was damaged. I called the N Miami Beach store immediately, and the manager proceeded to flat-out refuse to honor their return policy, and hung up on me several times.
I called corporate whn I was tired of getting hung up on. After several atempts and hours on the phone, I have been given the run-around by everyone and have no resloution to date. Their yelp page has more than one complaint naming this same individual.
Basically they sold me broken crap and won't give me back my money. Please help.
Almost 2 weeks ago i orderd 5 items. after a week they said only 1 item will deliver. its almost 3 weeks now, i didnt get the item yet. every single time when i call they gave me different story. very frustated. i did big mistake. 1st time in my life i got this horrible experience by ordering online. i think its big scam. i m not sure i will be able to get my item or not. Dont buy from here.you will waste your time, energy, money.its not worth it.
I had 7 technicians at 7 different times try to fix it
order parts ,finally they decided it cant be fixed the technician apologized for my trouble and told me i will get my money back and he will call and tell them its scrap.
he said i should choose a new one and they will return the item
I called to exchange it and the store told me that their computer wont allow an exchange
I will need to purchase a new one pay for it and when they pick up the old one only then ill get money back
I said i cant lay out another $2,000 for a new one they said nothing we can do .
with a fridge that is not working and taking space in my house
I had no choice and paid for a new one they picked up the old one
i called for my credit and the store told me that they advised me wrong and didnt do a proper pick up
i called the drivers and the warehouse
called sears and finally they located the fridge .
I was told i would get my refund
a week later i did not see the refund
whenever i called the manager was busy or out to lunch .
almost two weeks later i get a call and i am being told i didnt follow proper procedures and wont get the money back.
The BACK AND FORTH AND THE TROUBLE AND AGGRAVATION THAT THEY GAVE ME CANNOT BE DESCIBED
I SPENT HOURS AND DAYS ON THE PHONE

NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND EACH PERSON ADVISES YOU TO DO SOMETHING ELSE.
