The worst mistake our gated community ever made was hiring Seacrest Services. Their employees (both on-site and off-site) are extremely rude, disorganized and don't know how to process monthly payments correctly or in a timely manner. They don't answer your calls, send threatening letters to residents with 34 years of home ownership in the same community, and don't have any accountability or professionalism. We're going to the Better Business Bureau about this one, and will band together with our neighbors to have Seacrest fired (and many neighbors have been complaining about them too). Whatever you do, don't let your community hire Seacrest Services. Run in the opposite direction as fast as possible!
