I bid on "5 star seats" valued at up to 166$ regular price. They do not use the same tiers of seat pricing that the facility (Citifield) uses. Instead they group a section of "high tier" seats (166$) with sections of lower tier seating (83$). This is msileading because you think that you are bidding for the better seats, and unless you cross reference their seat map with Citifield ticket pricing, you would not realize that they arbitrarily grouped the seats together. So instead of getting a 60% savings (as advertised on the website) for the tickets, you get the cheaper ticket that you didnt want and only save 30%. This is purposefully misleading the buyer. I contacted them about this issue and they refused to resolve it.
I purchased two tickets for a Marlins baseball game through ScoreBig. After driving 30+ miles to the ballpark and paying $20 for parking, I was informed by the Marlins ticket staff that ScoreBig cancelled the transaction witht the team. I was provided no information from ScoreBig that my tickets were no longer valid. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
