Beware Consumers, my aunt who is 71 years old purchased a Satic global energy saver in January 2012 from Satic. She was promised that this so called energy saver would save her 25% on her electric bill. Needless to say that has not happened. She purchased the Unit for $569.00. She has called the Satic office in AZ and MT over 20 times and have not had her calls returned. Then, In july 2014 she recieved a free dinner invitation for a energy seminar, when she attended the company was marketing the same exact product housed in larger gray plastic box for $1495.00. When she pressed the saleman he "swore on his mothers eyes" that the product will save you 45% on her utility bill "which is a complete lie". After her dinner seminar debacle she called satic and asked for a refund and was refused.
When she asked if I can help I had my office research Satic only to be further dissapointed. The owner (B.D Erickson) of the company who claims he is a engineer is actually con man. He was a salesman for Anthony Robbins, yes "Anthony Robbins the motovational speaker". My office had the unit inspected by 5 licensed electricians and all of them came to the same conclusion the unit will not save you a penny. My office then sent the unit to Global Electronics Testing Services, LLC who tested and came to the conclusion that the unit will absolutely not give you any energy savings. Besides the unit not giving you a penny of savings Satic claims the unit is built in MT USA, apparently Satic believes taking a product purchased from china and housing it in a plastic case gives them the right to say there products are built in the USA. Through our research we have learned that there products are being purchased from a company named Fuchen in China.
Satic has fooled many customers and many people in Montana. Please beware.
My office has filed a complaint on the behalf of my aunt with the Attorney generals office in Montana. And also filed a complaint with Crimes Against Senior Citizens. Satic and there distributors are making false claims about there products which is the equivalent to snake oil sales.
Im sure they will make a rebuttle statement, but please do your due diligence. If there was a so call majic box that will save you electricity I dont think it was developed by Satic and there con man owner or there Chinese vendor. I believe Siemans or Square D or any leading electrical manufacturers would be first inline with such products.
