Ordered a part from this business over the phone. I was charged for shipping and handling by them,then told I would have to pay the third party "vendor" for the part.When I contacted the vendor, I was told they never had the correct part and had informed SC of this. After callingSC back, I was given a huge run-around and told that the vendor had indeed shipped the part and was given a tracking number for a shipment that occured two years prior. Needless to say, I am out $45 and still do not have the part I need. Stay far,far away from these criminals.
Ordered seat belt on 6-2-2016 sent the following info. Part didn't arrive on 6-10-2016 call 6-13-2016 talked to bill said they haven't ordered part. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY BUYER BEWARE!! STILL DON'T HAVE THE SEAT BELT!!
Worst company i ever had to deal with. Two weeks ago i ordered some parts from them, sales person was Joyce. After confirming the order, they charged my credit card $500. Joyce said the rest will be charged by the company who will be shipping you the parts. Called Joyce three days later asking for the status of order, she said it is confirmed they will be shipping it soon. called again 5 days later, same answer. called again a week later, i said they didn't even charge my credit card for the remaining amount, she said it's normal, don't worry, relax. All this time she didn't even send me the invoice. After calling them for about 7 times, i finally got the invoice. And about 14 days later, today 04/29/2015, John the ownver of the Saratoga Classics calls me and tells me Joyce didn't even order the parts. And the company they supposed to buy the parts from, said they called them on 04/15/2015 and inquire about the parts but didn't buy them.
John said i can talk to Joyce when she gets back. No accountability what so ever. Because of them now i have to buy most of the parts from Dealer at a premium price. Had they told me this two weeks ago, another company had the parts and i could have bought from them directly. Look at their Yelp reviews, look at their BBB's "F" status, look at their other reviews on google. My advice is stay away from this compnay.
