Called the following day, customer rep said they would fix the issue and send me tracking info.
The following day I receive an email to call them about my order.
When I called, they said item as ordered would cost $20 more. I agreed, but they sent me an invoice for $39!
I called back the next day, and the rep said they didn't have the item, and they would mail a similar item instead.
The following day I called to follow up, was told the item had shipped, and that I would receive tracking update later that day.
The following day still no tracking, I called back, and the rep proceeds to tell me my payment is incomplete, and I need to pay them more money before the item ships. I asked to cancel my order insted.
To sum it up: They lied every step of the way, complete waste of my time and money. Worst buying experience ever!
