I have lived at the Saddlewood Apartments for around 6 months, they use allocated water which is legal in Texas, however I had to call the Public Utility Commision for them to register. So they were charging residents for water without ever being registered. I reported them several times to SAWS for wasting water. The manager can never tell me why the water is so high and never lets me see the master bill. I never paid more than $50 to SAWS for water and now I am paying over $100 for water in a 988 sq. ft apartment, residents in 1 bedrooms are paying over $80. They also use a phony utility company under the name TLC energy which does not exist. I have been threatened with eviction for not paying my water bill when it is due when the law clearly states I have 16 days before it is past due. I know they are over charging me but I can't prove it. Thank you.
