Ordered 2 RV CO detectors from RV Parts Market (rvpartsmarket.com) and instead of sending me the CO detectors they sent me 2 gallons of RV awning wash in error. How their parts picker could mistake gallon jugs of awning wash for CO detectors I cannot figure out but it happened. I complained by email sending them a copy of my order confirming that I ordered CO detectors and NOT awning wash a couple of times and they failed to respond. I then called them multiple times and after leaving 3 - 4 messages they sent me an email telling me to send the awning wash back and they would send me the CO detectors. I live almost 50 miles from the nearest UPS store and the shipping on 2 gallons of awning wash was going to be excessive, i.e., the gas to and from the UPS store and cost of return shipping would exceed the cost of the awning wash (from a business perspective they should have just written off the awning wash). I asked them to simply send a call tag for the awning wash as it was their error and I don't feel I should have to make a 50 mile round trip and pay for return shipping. After 3 - 4 more phone calls thy finally agreed they would pay return shipping but absolutely refused to send a call tag and have the awning wash picked up. In all my years of doing business over the Internet I have NEVER had to deal with such an obnoxious, unreasonable person on the phone. Moreover, they could only speak broken English and were virtually illiterate in their emails. Do yourself a favor and order your RV parts and accessories from a company with customer service that actually has customer satisfaction as a goal.
