Ordered a cooling unit from them. took over a month to arrive. bad foam job on core. took over a day to install. does not cool adquately. they wont return calls...
This is the same rip off company that used to be called RV Icebox, Jerry Collins changed the name, same scam, if you ordered from him hurry and contact visa to get your money back, he will try to hold you off with stories about shipping to wrong address and bull like that so that the 90 day Visa refund runs out, SCAMMER you will never see a working cooling unit, DO NOT send him your unit, it will dissapear....
I purchased an RV refridgerator cooling unit from RV Fridge House in July. It was apparently sent to the wrong address in another state. It took at least a month longer than promised for the unit to arrive. When it did arrive it was damaged. RV Fridge House did not respond to my emails regarding the damage. I straigtened the unit and installed it. It worked fine almost three months (only about two weeks of acutal on time) but suddenly died a week ago.
I left a message on their answering machine in the mid-morning on Tuesday 11/18/2014. Almost daily emails have been sent as well. No response has ever been received.
On 11/23/2014 I telephoned RV Fridge House and someone who did not identify himself answered. When I told him why I was calling he said I must call back during regular business hours. I told him that I had done so but only gotten an answering machine and that multiple emails have also gone without a response. He assured me that someone take care of this if I called back.
We sent a money transfer, how stupid were we, because my husband is retired Military, and we got a cash discount. What we got was no part, and no return calls. We did file a fraud report with the wire transfer company and our local police.
After reading the reviews, guess we got what we paid for-NOTHING@!!!!
