I wish I could give this godawful store owner, Isabelle Fish of Toronto, less than one star. She was completely rude and unhelpful. Recently, I visited Rue Pigalle to buy my wife something nice for Christmas. I was completely floored by Isabelle's snotty and pretentious behaviour. I won't get into her insulting actions, but I can tell you that she has a God complex, and views/treats others worse than the scum of the earth. Isabelle Fish must be reminded that her store is in no way special or innovative, and she needs to stop acting like she's some sort of 'celebrity.' She is not, nor while ever be, one. Just because her husband is rich and pays the rent on her small, Queen West shoebox of a store, does not mean that she worked hard to start her own company. It just means her husband does all of the work and bankrolls her.
Anyway, the point of this report is to warn others to run, not walk, away from the jewelry store on Queen West in Toronto called Rue Pigalle. Moreover, the quality of the items are nowhere near as unique or stylish as they claim to be, and don't even come close to the number listed on the price tag. If you're going to charge that much, treat your clientele properly. You have too much competition to point your nose up in the air. Besides, it lost you a sale and reviews on Facebook state I'm not the only one.
