I decided to go through this palce because I have a business relationship with them. I was going through some rough times and thought they would better help me get a car because the last time i had a car loan was in 1996. I tottalled a car that i drove for 14 years!! i also was divorced so my credit was BAD!! I also had a medical procedure done 4 weeks prior to coming into there car lot. I was told that the car I was getting only costed between $6995-$7500. Not to bad right because after all its a USED CAR?
Well I had an accident in less than a month of having the car. I was also told that the car was "unsafe to drive" which I am sure the sales guy knew that. When asked about the over charged amount and the condition of the car I got NOTHING!!! I had a 30 day warranty so I took the car to "thier" shops to get fix and no one said anything about the rust damage and frame damage. I have 4 kids so can you image if in that accident I had my children in this car we would ALL be DEAD!!! RPM is the worst place to go if you need a car!! I will never trust a place like that again!!
I went to rpm auto sales to purchase a vehicle for my step daughter. the salesman todd asked us to bring the car back in on monday to correct some repairs. i called he told me the problem and refused to fix it then later in the day when i came back to pick up the car i talked to the manager of mechanical shop he told me the car was never eben on the rack and no idea what the problem is also i had a coupon for 500.00 off the purchase of a vehicle he refused to jonor the coupon and made several exscuses why i caught him in several lies and when i approchaed him with questions he would run off and avoid me.
Purchased pickup truck from RPM Auto Sales in Grand Ledge, Mi. this place should not be able to be in business, truck had long list of problems and very few were addressed, non working 4 wheel drive, non working air conditioning not covered under warranty, poorly trained mechanics, laptop and camera phone stolen from my case in truck while in their posession for 12 hours, very few problems were corrected, they did a so called tune up only to find out later down the road half the spark plugs were loose and arcing wire. salesmen and mechanics both verbally asked me to write down all the problems to be addressed, they are cheap, charge way too much for the vehicle price, all around bad, bad, bad business. buyers beware, honestly look else where. they of course denied stolen items from truck and of course say they are not responsible even if they are working on the vehicle.
The owner gets people to work for him as cheap as possible that don't know what they are doing as he gets rich. He works his people 70 to 80 hours a week and pays them cash after 40 hours. They could care less about customer service and alot of there work is coming in from illegals. If you take your car there or buy a car from there you are buying a piece of junk so be ware. This place should be shut down by the labor board but Lansing don't care about slave labor as long the owner pays the taxes. Wecome to American
Traded in my truck for 6500.00 for a different truck that was 14,000 and some how i still owe 11,000 on it!! then made anappointment to have. Them put door pins, manifold bolts and look at thr transmission line. 3 days later still didn't have it done. They r crooked and they go through the paper work so fast u don't notice till after u already sign everything! Do not do business with them!
